Where We'll Be... and What You'll See!

 

 The Remembering Camelot Exhibit has 3 components:  a very limited sneak-peak, a gala reception which will be your only chance to see the full exhibit, and a public exhibit of Jaques Lowe's photographs.

October 1 - November 9, 2013

A limited number of JFK photographs by Jacques Lowe and memorabilia from the private collection of Frank Harvey will be on display at Texas State University in the lower level of the Alkek Library.  This exhibit will give a very small taste of the Remembering Camelot collection.

The Main Event!!  Join us for at wonderful evening of Kennedy-era-inspired hors d’oeuvres and specialty cocktails, keynote speakers and an opportunity to view the rarest items of Frank Harvey’s extensive collection, including the lead car from JFK’s inaugural parade.  This is your ONLY chance to view the Remembering Camelot full exhibit.  Up to 75 of Jacques Lowe's photographs will be on display, capturing the essence of the Camelot era.  The 1961 Ford Thunderbird convertible that was the lead car in JFK's Inaugural Parade, as well as JFK's racing sailboat Flash II will be there.  You will also have the once in a lifetime opportunity to view Kennedy memorabilia from Frank Harvey's personal collection. This gala event will be held at the San Marcos Conference Center in San Marcos, TX - conveniently located between Austin and San Antonio.  A limited number of tickets are available for this event. The Remembering Camelot photographs by Jacques Lowe, from the private collection of Frank Harvey will remain on display at the San Marcos Conference Center from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm.  Sunday's exhibit will not contain JFK's sailboat, inaugural parade car, or any of the other Kennedy memorabilia from Frank Harvey's private collection, but will contain all photographs that were on view during Saturday evening's reception.  Tickets for Sunday's exhibit are available online, by calling 512-665-3393, or at the door the day of the exhibit.


All proceeds from this series of exhibits benefit True Vineyard Ministries to support their on-going work with widows in Rwanda.
